Shipping policy

Packaging: Each item is safely packaged in a sealed clear plastic sleeve, reinforced with thick, sturdy board. It will be shipped flat in a cardboard mailer to prevent bending and ensure safe delivery.

Zero Damage Guarantee: We guarantee that your order will arrive undamaged. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order number once your order is successfully placed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to track the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Responsibility: The Blu is not responsible for stolen or unretrieved packages once they have been marked as "delivered." We recommend closely monitoring the delivery status of your order.

Multiple Shipments: In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (for example, if some items have longer lead times or are on backorder).
